We are looking for an enthusiastic, determined, and adaptable Sales Account Manager for our Winnipeg Operations. This position is responsible for managing our current customer account portfolio by being a point of contact with our customers to provide information on our products, services, and future growth capabilities. We are looking for someone who can drive profitable sales growth within those accounts and strengthen expanding and exploring other customer markets through various tactics and avenues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maximizing revenue, and profitability and identifying new opportunities with existing, and expanding customer contacts.
- Respond to customers' Requests for Quotation (RFQ) promptly using the available company tools and/or technical resources.
- Analyze potential markets, territories, opportunities, risks, and industries that will benefit and increase the company's business and visibility.
- The ability to negotiate and work with customers to establish strong and consistent business relationships.
- Analyze, document, and understand customer needs, and objectives, and express ideas, plans, actions, and projects to support customer needs.
- Display effective communication across the levels of the company and customer base.
- Manage, maintain, and analyze annual and monthly sales forecast updates and communicate them to senior management.
- Establish knowledge of market data and access to resources to quickly respond to new developments in the customer's business.
- Establish appropriate knowledge and market priorities of customer products and services to formulate business strategies, drive revenue, and execute strategic courses of action to accomplish sales goals.
- Work closely with the planning, engineering, and manufacturing departments to keep customer concerns and needs at the forefront. Fully leverage all resources and technical support available.
- Interact with the corporate sales team by participating in regular company sales and business development meetings.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related fields is required.
- Direct or indirect experience related to engineering or manufacturing is considered an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of Direct Sales Experience. With a proven history of account management, cold calling, and revenue/sales growth is strongly desired.
- Experience with ERP software (SyteLine and IFS) is considered an asset.
- Must have proficiency using computers and programs specifically all Microsoft 365 software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid passport and ability to travel freely within Canada and the United States, if needed.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with high energy, and a strong desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
