**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on their needs, budget, and purchase timeline.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, emphasizing their benefits and how they meet the client's specific needs.
- Work closely with senior sales team members as mentors to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet KPIs and revenue goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Attend sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from customers and prospects about product improvements and market needs.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
- 0-2 years of sales experience, with a keen interest in technology and software sales. Experience in security or search sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
- A self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in product offerings and industry trends.
