If so, then read on The Manager, Service Performance Monitoring is a leadership role within Provincial Operations Support in the Nutrition, Food, Linen, and Environmental Services (NFLES) department. You report directly to the Executive Director, Provincial Operations Support and you will lead a core team of 6-8 direct reports. As the Manager, Service Performance Monitoring you are responsible for the leadership and ongoing monitoring of all NFLES Contracted services. You will lead a core team in the planning, development, coordination and delivery of audit and compliance activities related to contracted services specific to the portfolio departments. You will lead and engage collaboratively with the NFLES zone operations teams to understand and utilize their expertise and perspectives in the meeting of regulatory and contractual requirements. In addition, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure contractual requirements are met. **Description**:
The majority of your work will be focused on Monitoring and Reporting. Some of the work you will be involved in and direct: Develop, conceptualize, organize, and manage select projects/initiatives based on the NFLES strategic goals. Provide regular reports to Stakeholders including NFLES Senior Management Team; Zone Operations and other AHS departments as required. Identify current state/service inventory and gaps in service performance practices provincially to assist in development of a provincial strategic plan. Ensure appropriate methods and planning tools, engagement strategies and components are considered before starting new projects. Analyze key performance indicators across service areas and set priorities accordingly, while ensuring necessary adjustments for maximize effectiveness. Commit to continually improving performance though promotion of culture, risk management, incident identification, reporting, and compliance with regulations, policies, and safe work practices. Be accountable for identifying; monitoring and managing planning, service delivery, business and issues that cannot be resolved at the operational level. Identify action plans, target dates, accountabilities and resources required for team to meet department requirements. Recognize the need for change within service areas, initiating and implementing new or modified approaches to practices, and use creative and innovative problem-solving approaches.

**Required Qualifications**:
What you bring to the table: Post-secondary education with a focus on Management and/or Healthcare. 3 - 5 years related experience in the field & in a healthcare setting. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered.

These are also part of your resume: Broad-based leadership experience that demonstrates ability to successfully lead the development of program framework to align with short, mid, and long term organizational (and departmental) goals and priorities by assessing options and implications. Proven organizational, time management and project management skills. Experience in chairing committees including developing agenda, records of decisions, work plans and strategic development. Interest and experience in data collection, auditing, and data analysis. Ability to manage, change, and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to foster a climate of cooperation and build solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees, and other partners. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve departmental/organizational goals within a large, diverse organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
