**Title**

Monitor Room Operator

**Reports To**:
Director of Security, Surveillance, Gaming and Compliance

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, the Monitor Room Operator will play a major role in supporting the Surveillance Department. The Monitor Room Operator be responsible for monitoring the integrity of gaming by AGLC regulations and ensuring all gaming business is conducted honestly, openly and is held to its highest level of standards and safety.

**Job Duties**:

- ** Visually monitor all gaming standards within the casino and ensuring that all fraudulent activity is reported and investigated.**:

- First point of contact during emergency situations.
- Will work closely with various departments in ensuring that the casino operation is running smoothly.
- Report any illegal/suspicious activity to appropriate area

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essential
- Maintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC license
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess average to above average computer skills
- Casino and table games protection experience an asset
- Has good to excellent mathematical skill

**Work Conditions**
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Must be available to work variable hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
