We are seeking a professional and dedicated **Full-Time** **Front Desk Team Member **who is passionate about growing their career and delivering great guest experiences. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships with our incredible community. Team members are responsible for assisting guest's throughout their studio experience from beginning to end.

**Overview of Duties**:

- Assisting guest check - in and guiding them to their class.
- Provide a thorough studio tour.
- Maintain cleanliness of the studio space referring closely to hourly and daily clening checklists.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding memberships and classes.
- Deliver excellent guest services in line with standard operating procedures.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- $18/hour depending on experience

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service, administration, and/or hospitality experience with a premium brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Personal interest in health and fitness a plus
