We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into four restaurants and three food trucks across the Lower Mainland and Victoria.

**About the role**:Tacofino is looking for a great person to join us as a Front of House Supervisor/Server to join us in a quick-service-style restaurant on the Tacofino team.

**About you**:We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person who is looking to join our team as a Supervisor/Server.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing great customer experiences through superior service
- Acting as a role model and leading by example through your actions
- Providing feedback and spot coaching to your team
- Opening and closing the location in keeping with your scheduled shifts
- Creating strong knowledge of food and drinks
- Ensuring quality control of food
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Regular cleaning, running food/drink, checking in with guests
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of supervisory/manager experience
- Experience in delivering a strong customer service experience
- Possess excellent organizational skills and works well under pressure
- Experience in being personable with an optimistic approach, while also confidently leading people
- Experience in leading with values and treating people fairly
- Demonstrated leadership skills including ambition and drive to complete tasks
- Ability to operate with independence, while also ensuring responsibility to your team and leading your team by example as a team player
- Passionate about food, beverage, and quality
- Experience with admin, including cashouts and excel (preferred)
- Growth mindset with a drive to continuously learn
- Available Sunday - Thursday
