The Front of House role is an integral part of the Werklab experience. This team member will contribute to the considered details that make Werklab what it is - supporting operations from beginning to end. As the first human (and Werklab touchpoint) someone engages with, the FOH is a culture beacon. A detail oriented eye and self starter energy are required.

Who you are.
- Experience in reception or customer service, preferably in hospitality.
- Competent in using digital tools for communication and basic data analysis.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects and maintain high ethical standards.

Skills & experience.
- Previous experience in reception or customer service, with a background in front of house, hotel, or hospitality.
- Initiative-taking and project coordination skills, managing space and member experience meticulously.
- Digitally proficient, able to navigate through communications and data analytics tools.
- High ethical standards, empathy, and a sense of accountability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our facilities.
- Support and process membership changes with precision and care.
- Welcome and assist guests and members; manage communication channels effectively.
- Support member and community events, as well as internal team coordination.
- Aid in event planning and execution while embodying Werklab’s core values and mission.
