JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Account Manager is accountable for the delivery of Turnover, Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets within allocated categories. The role will contain elements of portfolio management, data, and administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver Turnover, Customer Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets for the Customer within allocated categories- Manage promotional nomination forms and other specific customer administration- Create, execute and measure category specific Joint Business Plans- Activate Shopper Marketing activities With Customer Marketing Manager- Portfolio management with direct buyer management- Provision of clear up to date inputs to Business Processes e.g. Customer Business Planning- Customer inputs into the S&OP (promotional planning) process - accountable for 6 month forecast within designated categories.- Own the balance sheet within designated categories (cpp calculations, accruals, price query resolution, trade term compliance)- Manage execution in store is in line with arrangements and with ‘perfect store’ principles.- Negotiate and execute category specific Joint Customer Business Plan- Create & execute percentage winning plan.
ALL ABOUT YOU- Develops Customer Business Plans- Customer Management and Selling Essentials- Optimising Promotional Sell-Out- Implementing the Customer / Channel Business Plans- Developing Customer Relationships.- Solid IT skills are required (Microsoft Teams, budget management) and all the usual software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
