En tant que représentant du support client Optima, nous croyons en des expériences client de haute qualité centrées sur l'humain. En utilisant les clavardages, les appels téléphoniques et les courriels comme outils de travail, vous serez là pour écouter, assister et résoudre les problèmes des clients d'Optima.

**Ce que vous allez faire**:
- Répondre aux appels entrants de nos clients
- Être à l’écoute des clients, et personnaliser leur expérience
- Résoudre des situations problématiques tout en gardant le contrôle de l’appel
- Soutenir, collaborer et partager des stratégies gagnantes avec ses paires.
- Vous êtes parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais
- Vous avez un diplôme d’études secondaire ou plus
- Vous avez la capacité de vous adapter rapidement aux changements de situation
- Vous êtes motivés à aider les autres et à gagner leur confiance
- Vous avez maîtriser l’art d’analyser et de résoudre des problèmes
- Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'usage de nouvelles technologies
- Vous avez déjà travaillé dans l’industrie du service à la clientèle, qu’il s’agisse d’un centre d’appels ou dans le commerce du détail

- Answering Inbound calls from our customers
- Listen carefully to customers, and personalize their experience
- Resolve challenging situations while maintaining call control

- Have High school or higher education preferred
- Can adapt quickly to changing situations
