**Job Posting: Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accounts receivables at the end of each business day and monitor outstanding payments from clients.
- Coordinate client appointments and ensure follow-up sessions are scheduled with therapists. Update staff schedules, including handling cancellations and using "break" notation on days off.
- Keep a vigilant eye on payment tracking, efficiently managing funding clients and overseeing funding cycles for renewal.
- Submit invoices to relevant agencies promptly and mark them as paid upon receiving payments.
- Maintain an updated waitlist and promptly offer available spots to clients when therapists become available.
- Manage and update the SLP Assistant Supervision Client checklist, scheduling progress meetings according to the SLP's calendar and ensuring the SLP is informed about new clients to cover during each meeting.
- Assist in talent recruitment by actively searching for new therapists through social media channels. Manage office operations and provide support to therapists when needed.
- Organize toys and maintain a child-friendly environment. Must be kind and engaging with children who may accompany clients.
- Create and publish 1-2 engaging social media posts daily to attract new clients and therapists. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of funding processes and invoicing procedures is an asset.
- Familiarity with speech and language therapy is an asset.
- Must have a love for children and the ability to engage with them kindly.
