Job description

Logistixs is seeking an Office Administrator to join our continuously growing team

The position does not require travel.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Foster a team inspired workplace and encourage this attitude with new staff members by exceed company expectations in customer service.
- Uphold company hierarchy and best practices
- Offer support to Clients, FSRs and Drivers as needed in all areas
- Educate new employees on compliance with AGCO guidelines and Smart Serve requirements
- Maintaining documentation and files
- Enter order details as specified into BESS from all sources accurately and ensure incoming calls are answered in a timely and accurate manner with minimum wait times by serving clients by providing product and delivery information.
- Guarantee client queries are resolved and that any required assistance is provided
- Intervene on complex customer issues and settle as efficiently as possible
- Dispatch calls by zone to drivers as needed with focus on established delivery times, in all cities of operation
- Offer support to Clients, FSRs and Drivers as needed
- Handle client escalations
- Prepare reports as assigned
- Create up to date records and documents for our drivers delivery times, as well as our sales for different areas.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
