**What you will be doing**:
**The strategic change management co-op will drive business level strategic objectives focused on shaping our organization’s long-term strategy to improve how we work and align with how we are delivering to our customers.**

**As part of the NAM Projects team, you will be responsible for delivering on assigned project(s) that support all disciplines of our team. These assignments will be dynamic in nature, requiring you to interact with all disciplines, and focus on opportunities to improve alignment and how we work.**

**Primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:

- **Examine how the business can incorporate our purpose (ecological transformation) into tangible actions.**
- **Facilitate workshops to identify actions that shape our strategic efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.**
- **Support business operating rhythms to drive collaboration and results.**
- **Enhancing our talent development program.**
- **Facilitate cross-functional change management initiatives to conceptualize and implement improvements.**
- **Management of change - ensuring good alignment with all stakeholders as well as an emphasis on planning, data analysis, positive team relationships & communication.**
- **Provide project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting to employees and Senior Leadership.**
- **Ensure proper documentation and training on implemented improvements with a focus on development & maintenance of relevant QMS procedures and controls.**
- **Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.**
