Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Fengate Asset Management. As a key member of our Corporate Services Group, you will play a vital role in implementing project management standards and leveraging these standards for project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful scope definition, project schedule, and work breakdown construction, execution, and documentation.
• Work with project sponsors to define and document project scope summaries, communicate project vision and objectives to stakeholders, and ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develop project implementation plans and schedules in alignment with project sponsor expectations, outlining resource accountabilities.
• Facilitate effective project meetings with stakeholders, actively participate in project-related meetings and discussions, and lead project teams by facilitating problem-solving discussions, driving resolution of risks, issues, and action items, and escalating when necessary.
• Report project status to all project stakeholders and management on a regular basis, ensuring successful (time, scope, budget) delivery and close-out of assigned projects.
• Facilitate and document End User Testing when applicable, working with various stakeholders to receive sign-off on an implementation.

Requirements:

• PMP designation is required.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, as the lead project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proven ability in creating project implementation plans, developing schedules, managing resource capacity, and project reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverables.
• Expert understanding of waterfall and agile project management practices, knowledgeable of software development life cycle, and the ability to blend them together to fit the needs of individual projects and/or business objectives.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can remain calm under stressful situations.
• Ability to work through situations where project information may be ambiguous or not fully developed.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
