Help Desk Administrator

We (Discovery Community College) currently have **two openings** in our Surrey campus for dynamic individuals to join our team in administrative roles.
These positions will be full time on the below schedules:
- **
Schedule One**:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 7:30am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch/break)
- ** Schedule Two**:
- Monday to Friday
- Monday **and** Friday 11:00am to 8:00pm (1 hour break)
- Tuesday **to** Thursday 1:00pm to 10:00pm (1 hour break)
The duties required for this position includes, but not limited to:
- Multi-line switchboard operation (directing incoming calls and outbound calling)
- Filing and file archiving/organizing
- General data entry
Desired skills/attributes:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- General computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Teams an asset)
- Attention to detail
These positions will allow the successful applicants to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, use good judgment, and manage an administrative workload.
