Urgently looking to hire an Office Assistant for our retail shop.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Receive & direct telephone calls
- Book service calls
- Greet customers, create invoices, and take payments
- Assist in data entry, inventory tracking, and filing
- General office cleaning
- Assist with Accounts Receivables

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills
- Experience using Sage 50 / Simply Accounting
- Experience with Excel
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Outlook & Word knowledge

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Must have reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
