The Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers Inc. (OHCOW) are independent non-profit occupational health clinics providing resources for workers, employers, health providers, and organizations for the identification and prevention of occupational illness and injury. We are seeking:
**Client Service Coordinator for Sarnia Clinic location**:Reporting to the Executive Director you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing clinical service coordination and support in a confidential and professional manner. This includes but is not limited to the following activities:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:The Client Service Coordinator position reports directly to the Executive Director. The position works with OHCOW’s contracted medical consultants and all members of the OHCOW interdisciplinary team. This position’s primary responsibilities are:

- Provide administrative support and related client services for individual patients and prevention interventions relating to occupational health issues.
- Provide clinical service coordination and support in a confidential and professional manner;
**Technical and Professional Skills and Knowledge - (required)**
- Coordination of patient services (including satellite clinic arrangements).
- File management
- Coordination of clinic information inquiries
- Assists or participates in other clinic activities as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Assists with information management.
- Medical transcription.
- Assists with the organization and efficient function of the clinics.
- May within a clinic, be a computer resource person, liaison to other computer consultants and liaison with system manager.
- Assists with preparation of educational materials and participates in educational activities as interest and ability provides.
- Preparation of information packages.
- Provides administrative support to research activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $59,613.22-$67,666.04 per year
