**Job Description - General Office**

**General Summary of Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Preparing purchase orders based on requisitions from various sources, maintain raw material database
- Matching Accounts Payable Invoices to receiving and purchase orders and entering into A/P
- Entering employee time cards into excel spreadsheets
- Maintaining and upgrading E2MFG database
- Sending out Invoices to our customers using E2MFG software
- Filing
- Entering orders into E2MFG software
- Quoting for standard repetitive orders
- Providing clerical support to shipping/receiving departments
- Preparing packing slips, bill of materials and other shipping documents
- Other clerical functions as required

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-starter, who likes dealing with customers on the phone and can visualize different options and solutions for our distributors.

We are a small team so everyone must display flexibility and be willing to cross train and pitch in as required.

**Job Requirements**
- 1 + Years Accounts Payable/ Customer Service/General Office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

**Education Required**: High school graduate or G.E.D.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
