**Summary**

The Rental Management Trainee is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in the areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales /Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.

**Essential Functions**
- Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

**Additional Responsibilities**
- On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Le stage en gestion de location court terme est conçu pour être achevé en 18-24 mois et offre au titulaire du poste une formation générale en gestion de location court terme ainsi qu’une formation spécifique dans les domaines de la finance, des opérations, des ressources humaines et de la vente/du marketing. **Fonctions essentielles**
- Gérer les ventes et le processus pour les appels entrants et la sollicitation sortante
- Maintenir des données à jour et précises dans la base de données marketing de l’entreprise
- Responsabilité de générer des pistes pour la location court terme, la location long terme et la vente de véhicules d’occasion
- Gérer l’ensemble des processus relatifs aux actifs de location, y compris la gestion des véhicules et les normes de propreté
- Atteindre la part de marché globale de Ryder en exécutant avec succès les initiatives de vente et de marketing
- Respecter les règlements de l’entreprise, des autorités locales, de l’État, de l’administration fédérale et des autres organismes de réglementation
- Concilier les problèmes, questions et litiges des clients afin de maintenir les relations en cours et d’accroître la clientèle actuelle

**Autres responsabilités**
- Sur une base volontaire et en fonction de l’emploi du temps, le stagiaire en gestion de location court terme sera amené à jouer le rôle de représentant sur appel en fonction des horaires de travail tel que déterminé par le superviseur.
