Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Oversee and manage human resources functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel record management
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Very good with quick books online
- Knows how to use excel
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. **Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
