**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The estimator will be responsible for submitting bids on time, reviewing available bids daily, and completing quotes for residential clients.

**Duties**:

- Knowledge in Quickbooks for invoicing and estimating.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Good communication and organization skills
- Communicate with vendors, project managers and engineers
- Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for potential projects
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the duration of the project
- Participate in project management activities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam
- Knowledge of Bids & Tenders
- Strong communication skills for dealing with other companies and vendors
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements and specifications
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
