Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of all corporate entities. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. **Responsibilities are not limited to the following.**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Develop and implement budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or in progress.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Experience with payroll processing. ADP
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
