**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule installations for all Plan divisions:

- Accurately quote clients for installation services.
- Schedule technicians for various tasks, including installations, commissioning, setup, and training for new equipment.
- Coordinate rental and reclamation activities onsite and offsite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements: Facilitate and approve travel arrangements for technicians and other staff as required.
- Support clients with X-Ray registrations:

- Assist clients in fulfilling X-ray registration requirements with local Ministries, adhering to provincial regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external parties to execute sales orders and ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with CSA/ESA (Canadian Standards Association/Electrical Safety Authority) and PHSR (Pre-Start Health and Safety Review) inspections.
- Manage documentation related to radiation safety training.
- Compile and provide relevant documentation to governing bodies as requested, such as clearance certificates, safety approved policies, checklists, etc.
- Administer reports received from technicians after Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) or installation. Load reports into the Eagle PI warranty portal along with the installation service report.
- Participate in conference calls with clients to discuss projects and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal staff to determine project scope and requirements.
- Utilize software tools for project management: Salesforce, QuickBooks (QB), and Asana for project booking, reconciliation, and tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a Customer Service or equivalent experience;
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role/industry;
- Ability to work in stressful situation and meet stringent deadlines;
- Exemplary customer service skills;
- Effective organizational and time management skills;
- Sound knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Flexible and self-motivated;
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to problem solve;
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrates strong leadership behaviors and sets a positive example with a high level of integrity;
- Strong understanding of the products and services that are available to our customers;
- Strong analytical thinking skills; in order to develop plans, strategies and tactics;
- High energy and a positive attitude; proactive and focuses on what we “can do.”
- Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
