**Job Description: Growth Marketing Associate**

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. The role does not require graphic design or video content skills but does require extensive experience working with these advertising platforms. In addition, we are looking for an individual with strong data analysis skills to track the performance of each marketing initiative and optimize the messaging and channels to maximize engagement.

**Duties**
- Plan and execute online paid media campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, and search.
- Execute an SEO plan, including link building, researching and writing blog posts and website optimizationon.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic and user engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in growth marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing materials
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and segmentation
- Familiarity with Google Ads and SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute projects and campaigns.

Pay: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
