Job Title: Marketing Manager - Resort Growth

Stone Creek Resorts Inc. is a leading hospitality company in Alberta, Canada, delivering exceptional experiences at its world-class golf resorts, Silvertip Resort in Canmore and Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC.

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our resorts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive resort growth, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort experiences and real estate development opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing plans, including demand generation and strategic digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources, including CRM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, to inform marketing decisions
  • Lead content and UX experience on several websites that support Stone Creek Resorts
  • Coordinate events and activations to promote resort experiences and build brand awareness
  • Develop and maintain resort-branded collateral, including marketing materials and website content
  • Support and contribute to the development of the company's marketing strategy and content plan
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, including growth, demand generation, content, and brand marketing
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Intermediate to advanced writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  • Technologically savvy, with experience using cloud-based collaboration tools and CRM software
