About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at INCAN BUILDERS INC. as a key member of our commercial development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business plans to drive commercial growth and expansion, working closely with our senior management team to identify new business opportunities.

Market Research and Analysis

Design and conduct market research projects to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.

Commercial Development and Feasibility Studies

Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of new business ventures, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Client Support and Relationship Management

Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business and services, including online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a commercial development or business development role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
