Your role is to act as a guide through the VRGE Revelstoke experience ensuring each guest receives quality service and dedication through the superior cleanliness and amenities available within each room and public area.

VRGE Revelstoke associates are able to create a memorable and lasting impression whereby every guest is greeted and addressed with the utmost energy and friendly demeanor, provided with detailed direction and assistance, and ensured they receive fast and efficient service. You love organizing, working on your feet, and have an eye for small details. You communicate clearly, speak well, and aren't afraid of a fast-paced workplace. **Room Experience Guide Key Roles**:

- Being enthusiastic, professional, and hospitable
- Being knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and services
- Ensuring the highest level of guest service through adhering to all processes and standards for execution, organization and cleanliness
- Thoroughly cleaning all guest rooms & bathrooms and stocking items as necessary
- Reporting all damaged equipment, safety issues, low stock, and injuries, as well, handle and report lost and found items immediately
- Vacuuming rooms and mopping tiles
- Changing and replacing bed linens and towels
- Disposing of waste and recyclables and replacing bags
- Graciously handling all guest concerns in a timely manner, alerting the Manager and involving them when necessary
- Provide correct and compelling tourist and destination information to guests and owners
- Completing regular deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Maintaining confidentiality of all guests and information
- Following all legislative requirements and internal standards, policies, and procedures while upholding the company’s core values
- Other relevant and related duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
- Fluency in English both written and verbal with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Confident in striking up conversation and connecting with guests in a positive and upbeat manner
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to push, carry and lift items weighing up to 50lbs, must be able to stand, stoop, crouch, twist, stretch and bend
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
