Position Purpose**
- The housekeeper position is mostly non-guest facing. However some breakfast and lodge staff support duties may be falling into the guest-facing sector
- This position supports the Lodge Manager in all room and common area cleaning and upkeep duties to ensure guests have the best experience in a spotless environment.
- It is a crucial position to keep the Eleven Hospitality Product running smoothly
- Flexibility in scheduling and working weekends are required to fulfill this position

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks**
- Clean and upkeep all guest rooms to a high standard
- dust, vacuum and wipe surfaces using cleaning chemicals
- clean bathrooms and toilets daily
- tidy guest rooms, incl. guest clothing and amenities
- reset rooms to standard, incl. swapping out and re-tiding linen and towels
- Cleaning of common areas, incl. the restaurant
- sauna cleaning and upkeep
- public restrooms daily clean
- massage rooms daily clean and restock
- lobby and 3rd floor lounge clean
- Breakfast service support:

- early morning breakfast support shifts will require the housekeeper to be in front of guests
- clearing dishes
- refilling buffet
- making teas and coffee
- assembling field lunches if applicable
- repost any hazards
- diligently use and tick off the internal checklists
- report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance technician
- Process laundry for guest rooms and restaurant linen:

- washing, drying, folding
- stain treatment
- ironing
- Keep storage areas well organized and fully stocked
- incl. inventory
- reorder requests if needed etc.
- Communicate clearly with other housekeepers, the Lodge Manager and other team members at the lodge and restaurant
- report any items that are running low, i.e. cleaning products, linen, room amenities like soaps, candles etc.
- report all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Technician via the Eleven property management app

Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of the housekeeping needs of a hospitality company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to roll with changes and needs of a quickly growing and expanding company
- Basic computer capabilities to work with online check lists
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as lodge staff

**Work Requirements**

Must be able to lift 23+ kilogram.
