Westside is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Human Resources to lead our human resources initiatives in our dynamic community-focused organization. This vital role requires a hands-on leader with a strong service-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. This full-time salaried position is part of the Senior Management team and reports directly to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Administer and execute full cycle recruitment, including the development of strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure that our recognition programs are best in class.
- Design and implement employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Manage performance management systems and support a culture of continuous feedback.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to address HR-related needs and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and/or related field required.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- CPHR designation is preferred.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of UKG HR software is a plus.
- Remote work not available
