Administrative Assistant in Human Ressources

RESPONSABILITIES
- Provides support to the Human Resources Department in employee relations;
- Assist with the talent acquisition process by helping with orientation of newly hired employees;
- Assist with Health & Safety policies, plans, programs and initiatives;
- Responsible for the documentation of leave (including maternity leaves, disability, workplace injury and unpaid leaves);
- Assist Dayforce users for the completion of form;
- Actively participate and coordinate the Company's Joint Health and Safety Committee;
- Participate in communication processes by communicating news to the marketing department for monthly newsletter and TV updates;
- Organize and coordinate event planning for social events including company BBQs, picnics, luncheons, etc.);
- Monitor inventory levels on all stationeries and order supplies as necessary (business cards, forms, branded clothing, etc.);
- Assist with providing managers, team leaders and employees with the relevant information, training, and resources they need to carry out their responsibilities;
- All other tasks required by this occupation.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- To master main computing tools (MS office);
- Easiness to communicate, rigour, dynamism;
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy in relationship with others;
- Customer’s oriented;
- Being resourceful;
- Ability to manage many files at the same time;
- Open-mind and flexibility to do related tasks.
EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences.
