**ABOUT YOU**

You will be a self-starter with a proven track record of booking, managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including creators.

You are great at starting and building relationships, experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and fantastic at executing on plans.

You love working in fast-paced, quick-turnaround video environments and will be able to hit the ground running on a wide variety of projects - from creator lead branded content, to running advocacy programs.

And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, use Discord, and understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment and have an interest in the influencer marketing space.

**THE ROLE**

You will be working in the delivery team, providing insight and ideas that will aid pitching, then delivering campaigns for a range of clients and influencers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage multi functional teams to deliver excellence for clients, creators and audiences.
- Manage metrics and scorecards.
- Oversee workloads, ensuring campaign executives and interns are managing their task commitments to always deliver to expectation.
- Awareness and alignment to company strategy, mission, vision and values.
- Maintain and install feedback loops from internal and external customers.
- Ensure effective communications to promote transparency and avoid bottlenecks.
- Facilitate proactive qualification and backlog prioritisation.
- Ensure campaign executives and interns are fully trained and feel confident in the FF way of delivery execution.
- Ensure campaign budgets and margins are maintained at desired levels, with active corrective action when levels are below thresholds.
- Ensure laserbeam focus on client deliveries.
- Work on the right deals which not only support the company vision, but also strategic and tactical client relationship management which solves both client immediate needs, but how we support by delivering an integrated solutions model
- Coach campaign executives and interns where needed on deliveries.
- Ensure we provide timely campaign insight and feedback to clients, to ensure we constantly deliver success, and where we don’t early feedback is given with details of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and external regulations.
- Compile and overseeing talent lists for project
- Create and updating campaign content schedules
- Agree and managing campaign KPIs
- Keeping all internal tools updated and the source of truth for all campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years working in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of the creator/brand/social ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital landscape and audience development.
- A passion for video games and geek culture.
