**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Human Resources Duties**
- Support with recruitment process in the corporate office and retail stores;
- Participate in the employee onboarding and exiting processes;
- Process health benefits enrolments, changes and terminations;
- Update, file and maintain accurate HR files and records, such as job descriptions, resumes, contracts, training records;
- Address internal HR related inquires regarding health benefits, vacation, policies and procedures;
- Review current processes on a regular basis, conduct research and implement best industry practices;
- Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee;
- Assist with various HR related projects;
- Perform other duties as required.

**Reception Duties**
- Set a great first impression by greeting and assisting visitors
- Answer the main telephone line and direct calls
- Ensure kitchens, washrooms and supply room are fully stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness in general office areas, including kitchen and lunchroom
- Manage travel and accommodations arrangements
- Support with the organization and set up of special events
- Organize meeting rooms
- Assist the CEO and executives with various tasks including scheduling, travel and miscellaneous tasks
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
- Planning office parties, awards ceremonies, and other company-related functions
- Making reports for CEO or executives
- Participate in vendor relationship management
- Perform other projects as assigned

**Purchasing Duties**
- Order supplies for retail stores, head office and the warehouse
- Research and request quotes for special purchases

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Completion of post secondary education with a focus in Human Resources
- Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
- A good understanding of the recruitment processes and record tracking
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically orally and in writing
- Ability to take initiative and work with mínimal supervision
- Good organization and time management skills
- Experience in retail is considered an asset
