**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be required to assist the executive with all tasks assigned so as to make the day run smoothly and otherwise ensure that necessary tasks are completed. These tasks could include:
**Social Media Management**
Coordinate, create, and upload content on various social media accounts, as well as engage with respondents.
**Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them to optimize time management.
**Communication and Correspondence**:
**Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel details are well-coordinated and meet the executive's preferences.
**Task Prioritization**:
- Assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring that critical matters are addressed promptly.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address them to enhance efficiency.
**Meeting Support**:
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and documentation.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
**Data Management**:
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Communication Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compose professional and articulate correspondence.
**Tech Proficiency**:
- Competence in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
**Adaptability**:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
**Problem Solving**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
**Professionalism**:
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. You will be required to sign a confidential and non-disclosure agreement in line with the Firm's contractual commitment to its clients.

- Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.

- Act as a gatekeeper and represent the executive professionally in all interactions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
