Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Sarmazian Brothers Flooring is hiring a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant for their Guelph, Ontario showroom. This individual will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. The position includes coordinating and communicating office activities, greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, and scheduling appointments. The Receptionist will also be responsible for administrating company correspondence.
This position requires:
- Serving customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Pricing showroom.
- Great attitude with interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining the showroom designer rotation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills, multi-tasker.
- Daily administrative and office tasks/duties in support of company administration.
- High proficiency with computers; Word, Excel, etc.
- Must work every every Saturday.
- Flooring industry/retail sales and interior design background knowledge is an asset.
