At the CCTS, our mandate is to review and resolve telecommunications and television complaints after interaction between the customer and their service provider has failed to produce a satisfactory outcome. The CCTS provides a free and impartial service to customers across Canada.

**Your Role**:
As the Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator, you are responsible for enhancing stakeholder engagement and supporting ongoing initiatives and projects related to Stakeholder Affairs. This role involves a significant amount of administrative coordination, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. You will also provide exceptional customer service to both new and current Participating Service Providers (PSPs)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the PSP sign-up process, ensuring new PSPs are properly onboarded and supported in their complaint handling work to maintain compliance. Respond to general questions from various stakeholders.
- Assist in outreach and engagement activities, including coordinating meetings with the CRTC and ombuds organizations.
- Plan and support the delivery of stakeholder consultations and webinars, create, and analyze post-consultation surveys.
- Support the Director with various initiatives, such as the development of partnership agreements and organizing conference travel for members of senior management.
- Collaborate with other CCTS teams in the delivery of regular CCTS publications, such as the info bulletins and annual reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager, Communication as required, including scheduling meetings and outreach to consumer advocacy and accessibility groups.
- Contribute to other projects and initiatives as required, with focus on ensuring administrative efficiency and incorporating stakeholder perspectives.
- You have a **minimum of 3 years’ experience** in a stakeholder relations role in a complex and dynamic environment.
- You have **a bachelor’s degree in communications or political science or related field**, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have proven experience in **managing and monitoring stakeholder engagement** activities, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- You have a good understanding of **project management, planning and process improvement.**:

- You have experience in supporting or facilitating small group discussions or consultations.
- You have proficiency in producing communications materials using programs such as **Word** and **PowerPoint** and have a strong general understanding in **Microsoft Office**, including **Excel** and **Outlook**. Experience with MailChimp and SurveyMonkey is a plus.
- You have an understanding of the telecommunications and/or television industries that would be an asset, but it is not necessary for success in this role.
- You are **fluent in English and French**, with excellent written and oral communications skills, and are able to convey complex information clearly, and in a diplomatic and unbiased manner.
- Manages multiple priorities with deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- Is highly organized and excels in administrative coordination tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all responsibilities.
- Communicates effectively to foster and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and with the public.
- Works independently, solves problems and take initiative to involve others as appropriate.
- Uses good judgement in decision-making and acts with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
