**About Us**
FPAC provides a voice for Canada’s wood, pulp, and paper producers nationally and internationally in government, trade, and environmental affairs. As an industry with annual revenues exceeding $96-billion, Canada’s forest products sector is one of the country’s largest employers, operating in over 300 communities and providing 200,000 direct jobs across the country. Our members are committed to collaborating with Indigenous leaders and businesses, government bodies, and other key rightsholders and stakeholders to develop a cross-Canada action plan aimed at advancing forest health, while supporting workers, communities, and our environment for the long term.
Our team is committed to enabling sector growth, accelerating reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, and promoting the important contributions that forestry makes to Canada’s environment, economy, and broader society.
We are proud to advocate in Canada, and around the world, on behalf of Canadian forest sector workers, families, and the communities they call home. Our small but mighty team is also united in our commitment to ensuring that our workplace is respectful, diverse, collegial, and celebrates individual and team excellence.
