**_ HR Analyst - 1 year contract_**

**How does the role impact the organization?**

This role is an integral part of change management for Raymond James’ Workday implementation. The HR analyst will carry out complex HR data processing tasks in support of RJ’s system transition in Canada. The role will require consistent collaboration between multiple IT and HR teams.

**What is the position responsible for?**
- Reviews and Approvals of all worker change forms from onboarding to offboarding processed in ServiceNow;
- Responsible for all RJL data entry in Workday by transaction priorities to avoid any delays for employee onboarding and user system access;
- Document and track all changes during the implementations when unable to process due to implementation activities;
- Responsible to prepare Canadian Position Management in Workday, so that the system can absorb new hires and changes;
- Support and maintain Job Architecture job profile mapping and managing Canadian job library;
- Match the Workday records to our payroll and employee data records;
- Provide Workday RJF (US) and RJL (Canada) IT support for US after-hours and handle escalation support;
- Workday RJL reporting support: data validation, reporting to Achievers recognition platform and other Business Units as required;
- Prepare and deliver recurring reporting requirements (non-analytical data request);
- Document HR processes and update as necessary in relation to Workday activities;
- Responsible for HR Compliance Audit process (checklist & record retention clean up in preparation for Workday historical data); and
- Other duties as assigned.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Post-secondary diploma or degree;
- 2-year experience working with Service Now and Workday (HCM module a must);
- Intermediate level with Excel;
- French proficiency required;
- Works independently, with guidance when required, to monitor, diagnose and fix technological problems;
- Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed;
- Work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail; and
- Uses clear and effective verbal and written communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
