Human Resources Generalist/analyst

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Conduct** HR Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Develop consistent HR metrics through effective tracking of key statistics, including headcount, turnover reporting, tenure, performance, DEI, and promotion statistics.
- Produce monthly HR statistics reports with visual data for executive review.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify areas of concern and reasons for employee departures.
- ** Administer Employee Lifecycle **C**hanges**
- Complete administrative tasks related for HR processes including, but not limited to, recruitment, employee changes, leaves, compensation changes, transfers and departures.
- Create offer, promotion, compensation, and employee change letters as needed.
- ** Employee** and Vendor** Communication**
- Communicate updates to all staff and ensure the internal SharePoint is up to date with legislative or internal changes.
- Respond to queries and provide guidance in line with Si’s processes and policies.
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for various vendors, including Signority, Sun Life, SurveyMonkey, Paylocity, ADP, Mutual of Omaha, United Healthcare, and Telus Health.
- Address and resolve issues for employees and vendors, including managing renewals and other service-related matters.
- ** Employee Benefits Plan Administration**
- Administer the employee benefits program, by conducting benefit onboarding, responding to inquiries from both managers and employees, troubleshooting benefits issues, etc.
- Support the US benefits program
- ** Support Policy and Process Changes**
- Support HRBP policy and process changes to employees as needed
- Send reminders to managers regarding policy compliance eg. time off policy
- Assist with the introduction of new or revised HR policies and HR process changes, including delivery of workshops
- Regularly update the internal wiki to ensure current HR policies are available for employees and management
- ** Administer Internal HR Documents and Processes**
- Streamline HR processes by implementing and managing efficient documentation workflows, supporting continuous improvement in administrative practices.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a human generalist/analyst role or Data Analysis
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow (all modules) an asset
- MS Office (advanced Excel skills, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Eligible for CHRP certification

**Salary: $69,539-76,600 + Variable
