**The Opportunity - Role Overview**
- As a Warranty Administrator, you will have strong knowledge and a thorough understanding of all concepts and policies related to warranty claim management
- Your role will involve proactive professional interaction with all related Service staff to ensure manufacturer compliance in a complete and ethical manner.
- You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering and executing detailed oriented process through sound problem solving and decision-making.

**Your Rewarding, Fast-Paced Day - Key Responsibilities**:

- Be awesome, proactive, kind and friendly.
- Attend and participate in webinars, service meetings and huddles with department as required.
- Review all warranty claim hard copies including attachments and sign offs to ensure proper and complete documentation is retained for Audit
- Ensure claim legitimacy and adherence to Warranty process and company policy
- Reconcile all warranty receivables through the appropriate accounting schedule and follow up on all unpaid receivables.
- Correct and resubmit all rejected claims promptly and accurately.
- Provide updates to service staff pertaining to OEM recalls and bulletins
- Work with service team to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementation.
- Coordinate with Technicians and Service Manager to ensure accurate punching and complete explanation of work performed to maximize claim submission
- Be an awesome team player and fill in where needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 1-year related experience within an OEM dealership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer systems.
- A solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
