**Job Purpose**

Act as an effective liaison between the company and suppliers whilst ensuring the procurement of beneficial IT resources is always achieved.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Work with internal procurement team to create SRFs and request quotes from vendors/suppliers.
- Main point of contact within the company for IT Procurement including side projects through key vendors/suppliers.
- Asset Management of IT Hardware and software for all corporate and manufacturing locations in Canada.
- Manage Asset Life Cycle Management of all IT assets through warranty and support renewals through Lansweeper.
- Complete administrative work as required to support projects.
- Support Stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, project task and resource requirements.
- Use the project scheduler and control measures to monitor project plans, working hours.
- Assist to define the project scope and deliverables.
- Assist to prepare project status reports and other required documentation.
- Configure and participate in new project planning and delivery implementation.
- Work collaboratively with IT colleagues in Service Desk.
- Monitor corporate central ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of support issues.
- Monitor and maintain the use of photocopiers and printers.
- Perform on-site and remote user technical support
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow ood anufacturing ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Networking, or related discipline
- Experience in IT administration, and Tier 1 IT Support.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Experience with Android and iOS systems.
- Available to work evenings/weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Working conditions**
