Administrative Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide various administrative and secretarial duties in support of the Head Office
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to contacts or service area
- Answer telephone calls and electronic inquires and transfer calls and messages
- Provide admin support to internal customers
- Monitor the usage of the office supplies and maintain inventory
- Communicate and manage outsourced contractors including telephone system, internet system
Printer etc
- Coordinate with property management office
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative and Office Management
- 2 years or more of previous experience in an responsible administrative position
- Demonstrate advanced level of competency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
- Ability to plan and coordinate special events
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
