Dorset is currently seeking a full-time **Administrative Assistant** who will contribute to Dorset’s commitment to excellence.

We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant who will bring positive energy to the team and assist the team in resolving problems on a timely manner with “can-do” attitude.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, being able to listen and understand customers and co-workers
- Excellent organizational skills
- Being able to multi-task and deliver results with pressing deadlines
- Attention to details
- Intermediate level with Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experiences with office admin and customers services are assets
- Experiences in property management industry are assets

**Duties**:

- Prepare letters and owners’ draw
- Assist Accounts Payable with invoices renaming, filing, and crosschecking
- Assist marketing manager with ads posting and responding on social media
- Documents/mails sorting, scanning, renaming, and filing
- Data entry and crosschecking
- Assist Property Managers or Property Administrators with file printing and mass mailout upon request
- Prepare monthly office supplies inventory check list
- Prepare and calculate monthly photocopying and postage fees chargeback reports
- Reception and front desk duties
- Conduct room reservation upon request
- Miscellaneous tasks and other accounting or administrative supports as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office is open to the public. The reception desks are protected by plexiglass panels. Kiosks with plexiglass panels were set up at our reception area for staff to have conversations with customers.
