New Car Sales Manager, Toronto Hyundai

**SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION**
**The MAJOR TASKS are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned to other duties.**
- Managing employees, including sales team members
- Oversee new car inventory and monitoring unsold units
- Assist with closing a sale with customers
- Desk deals with salesperson and complete worksheet through PBS system
- Resolve any customer issues and complaints
- Focus on lease customers and ensuring sales team increase lease portfolio
- Training new employees to use company software and successful sales techniques
- Implement and manage sales tracking system to better track and improve productivity and customer services
- Review and manage sales reports and monitor appointments daily
- Communicating with customers, department heads, and a variety of other office individuals
- Responsible daily CSI Review and PBS Log on customer’s visit & activities
- Participates in Sales Reps Planning & Training:
- Ensure each Sales Consultant sets up goals and monthly sales target:
- Units sold per month (New and Used)
- Delivered units per month (New and Used)
- CSI Ratings
- Coach and train Sales Reps when targets are not met
- Identifies the sales reps strengths and weaknesses
- Identifies sales training
- Organize and arrange dealer trades
- Updates sales team members on new car program monthly from Hacc
- Check all compounds bi-weekly and ensure cars are lined up properly and check for lot damage.
- Ensure used cars conditions when necessary:
- Used car list
- Price list for used cars
- Payment bi-weekly
- Responsible to showroom advertisement posting in a monthly basis
- Keeps abreast of manufacturer’s current product, program and promotional novelties and/or those of the banking institutions.
- Participates in planning and managing the display of vehicles in the show room and parking area.
- Coordinates the work of the drivers and the snow removal team.
**Sales-related tasks**
- Strong liaising skills with all parties
- Knowledge on federal, provincial laws and municipal by laws regulations related to retail automobile sales
- Takes part in training courses on products and sales
- Keeps up-to-date on novelties with regard to products, features, accessories, etc. and their advantages for the clientele.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
