**What you'll do**

The role of Operations Support Coordinator exists to coordinate and perform a variety of administrative activities to support the Toronto Operations Distribution Centre’s on the journey towards becoming an Agile distribution network.
- Coordination and supporting people and safety by maintaining incident investigation report database.
- Run exception reports in Manhattan and reconcile variations.
- Co-ordinate agendas and complete and distribute minutes for Manager meetings and Health and Safety meetings.
- Administer weekly 5S schedule.
- Track and record "Stop" & "Safety" Audits.
- Timely supply acquisition and tracking of associated costs and usage.
- Answer inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
- Coordination and supporting our processes by creating and maintaining filing system including sorting and distributing mail accordingly.
- Perform administrative duties associated with personnel management including:

- Act as liaison between the Manager, Team Leads and KRONOS Administrator
- Creating and tracking performance reviews
- Preparing H.R. Action and Employee forms
- Daily attendance and discipline reconciliation

**What you bring**
- Knowledge of company policies and organizational structure.
- Minimum Keyboard (typing) speed of 60 words per minute.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and MS Outlook.
- Post-secondary education in Administrative Studies or transferable skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated organizational, priority management and administrative skills within a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to escalate for support as required.
- Proven ability to work with confidential information and maintain absolute discretion.
- Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate the needs and requirements of the department.
