**Responsibilities**:
Provide efficient administrative support to facilitate smooth business operations.

Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Manage databases and information systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Generate leads through various channels and qualify prospects based on established criteria.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and optimize workflow efficiency.

Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and drive business growth.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in administrative support, database management, and client relationship management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field is preferred but not required.
