**In your role, you will be asked to perform the following tasks**:

- Review and Support Supplier Excellence team
- Continue extracting and reporting financial data and performance data for suppliers delivering to NAM RSC
- Work cross functionally to ensure mitigation plans are being followed, and missing charters or assessments are completed by the appropriate owners
- Monitor the supplier panel strategy and understand where poor performance from suppliers needs to be highlighted and addressed
- Work hand-in-hand with the supplier performance coordinator/manager and supplier development

**Qualifications**
- Are pursuing a **bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management**:

- Are Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and powerpoint
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Project Management experience would be an asset
- Be proactive, creative and thorough, thinking outside of the box when problem solving
- Are fluent in English, able to speak French is a plus, spoken & written.
