The Component sub system manager (project manager):
Is accountable for the QCDT achievement in compliance with the component development site (CDS) Interiors commitments
Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out including:
- Proper transfer from tender to project
- Definition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract
- Resources management (matrix org) & recurring / non-recurring cost achievements
- Review project staffing and cost associated
- Accountable to manage supplier budget
- Escalate when needed
- Leading the CDS interior development team and governance for the project
- Make sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project/ goals.
- Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project objectives and strengthen relationships among them
- Synchronize internal partners and external parties
- Drive the CoE and supplier planning
- Alignment with contractual requirements, management of variation orders and change management coordination
- Proactive risk, saving and opportunity management
- Ensures that Design for Quality process, Design reviews and standard CoE Interiors key processes are applied.
- Collects the Return of Experience from Project phase and share with CoE Interiors relevant folders and catalogues of best practices
Knowledge & Experience:
- 5 years experience in project management in high mix / low volumes industries
- Able to demonstrate animation skills of cross-functional skills
- Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive
- Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline
- Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
