**How does the Supplier Quality Professional contribute to our success ?**
- Lead the implementation of a supplier development program for your strategic and key suppliers in order to achieve and sustain high levels of supply chain performance.
- Propose and facilitate continuous improvement activities at suppliers to maximize supply chain performance.
- Conduct and maintain risk analysis of critical suppliers/parts and generate process monitors at suppliers to minimize risk of interruption to supply.
- Timely reporting metrics for supply chain performance of key strategic suppliers, with required remediation plans.
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers based on their third party Quality System certifications and audit results.
- Evaluate supplier delivery and quality performance and implement the appropriate supplier controls as is required. Help create the conditions that enable team members to succeed, learn, and enjoy their work.

**To excel in this role**, you must**:
Hold a university degree in a related discipline;
AND

Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, including 3 plus years in Supplier Quality Management;
- Supply Chain and Lean Management expertise gained through training, certification, and/or industry associations is strongly preferred (e.g., APICS CSCP, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Skillful in building valued partnerships with stakeholders, leading change, and managing various projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and available to travel.
