You will act as a key player in our Human Resources team to support the Rem project. Please note that the work site will be between St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Brossard and Downtown Montreal.

As part of your position, you will be called upon to: - Support human resources in various HR processes including the recruitment process, performance management cycle, and administration of HR policies;
- Participate in the process of welcoming new employees;
- Participate in and monitor employee absence files;
- Use and monitoring of the employee time management system;
- Support HR business partners on special projects;
- Monitoring of human resources performance indices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally;
- Be focused on action and results and teamwork;
- Have an eye for detail and have very good communications skills;
- In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP);
- Bilingualism spoken and written in English and French.
