This position is responsible for the planning & execution of initiatives for the AMA Properties Management Company. These activities are necessary to ensure AMA facilities provide a positive and safe and inclusive environment for employees, members, and customers.

The Properties Project & Planning Analyst is responsible for research and planning of AMA Properties activities, consulting with various internal teams on Properties planning, tracking progress on project delivery, preparing reporting to AMA leadership, and driving innovative solutions that modernize AMA facilities & processes.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Report to the Director of Properties.
- You’ll support the overall Properties strategy by researching innovative solutions and opportunities to develop recommendations.
- You’ll collect insights on market trends and make recommendations for leadership consideration.
- You’ll support the development of operational and strategic plans and create presentations to support these initiatives.
- You’ll develop Gantt charts and other visuals that support the sequencing of projects, initiatives, and related activities.
- You’ll coordinate change management and internal stakeholder consultation on behalf of AMA Properties by organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
- You’ll track and report on progress of projects and propose adjustments and mitigation plans as needed.
- You’ll maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- You’ll provide cover-off support as required for the overall Properties team.

**WHAT YOU’VE DONE**
- You have a high school diploma.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably with knowledge and/or experience in policy analysis, project management, or building management.
- Equivalencies will be considered, including a diploma or degree with less direct work experience.
- You are well versed in Microsoft Office software.
- You are familiar with options analysis and presentation of recommendations.
- You possess or have willingness to work towards a post-secondary degree, certificate or diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Building Operations or relevant experience.
