Heavy Cooling Tower Service Inc. (HCTS) is a full-service provider within the cooling tower industry located in Hamilton, Ontario. We understand the need for cooling towers to be cleaned more regularly and more efficiently. In light of recent news, HCTS has begun emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean, bacteria-free cooling tower system. The ramifications of not taking such actions include human health hazards such as diseases, sickness and even death.

HCTS goes the extra mile to record and store all our client’s service and preventative maintenance records on our cloud server. This can include before/after pictures, repair records & other historical data.

**About the job**

**Client Satisfaction**:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Promote high standards for customer service and safety.

**Sales**:

- Identify new business opportunities and maintain business relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect for potential clients and business relationships.
- Create client proposals, contracts and recommendations and estimates that are designed to meet each client’s objectives are accurately and appropriately priced.

**Managing expectations**:

- Following up with staff and/or sub-contractors during projects.
- Frequent drop-ins during projects.
- Touchpoints with clients before, during, and after projects to ensure expectations were met.
- Quality assurance checks

**In addition, this position will also include the following responsibilities**:

- Perform site inspections/ equipment inspections and document areas of concern.
- Taking pictures, measurements, completing inspection reports.
- Making site visits to generate new customer leads.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Digital filing and keeping job folders updated.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Travel within Southern Ontario.

**To join our team**:

- You have a valid “G” license.
- You have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- The ability to use power tools.
- Able to work at heights.
- Able to work in confined spaces

**To be successful**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge/ experience in sales and customer service.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work well with mínimal supervision.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
